Inspiring Asia 2026 鼓舞亞洲微電影節以社區賦能（COMMUNITY EMPOWERMENT）為年度主題，以「扎根、破土、向陽」詮釋社區生長的力量。
社區賦能，是讓力量從內部扎根，把在地資源與優勢轉化為可持續的改變，並親手塑造自己未來的過程。社區，不只是地理概念，更是人與人之間的連結：因共同的記憶、文化、目標或身份認同而彼此相連，在支持與信任中形成歸屬感。社區賦能植根於一種信念：真正有意義的改變，始於內生動力。賦能不是簡單的給予，而是喚醒能力、堅定信心，讓社區中每個主體都能成為行動的發起者與推動者。
鼓舞亞洲是一個匯聚亞洲多元文化、創新精神與社會變革力量的平台。2026 年，電影節將在中國、印尼、蒙古、菲律賓、新加坡、泰國、越南及中國香港八大賽區陸續展開，為亞洲各地扎根社區的真實故事與在地聲音提供更廣闊的展示舞台。
Inspiring Asia 2026 – 香港區計劃旨在透過微電影及社區項目，鼓勵青年影片創作者及社福機構 (包括社企及NGO) 分享具影響力的社區故事。 今年，本計劃以「社區賦能」為主題，聚焦香港社會議題，包括青年成長、跨代關係、社會流動及共融等。 入選作品將於香港區放映及展映，並有機會晉身亞洲區平台。
Inspiring Asia Micro Film Festival 2026 centres on the theme of Community Empowerment, guided by the tagline: Belonging, Resilience, and Thriving.
Community empowerment is the process by which people draw on their collective strengths to shape their futures — bound not by borders, but by belonging, mutual care, and shared purpose. It grows when people come together with trust and commitment to take action, amplify voices often unheard, and build the resilience to thrive with dignity and hope.
Inspiring Asia is a platform that celebrates Asia’s diverse cultures, innovative spirit, and commitment to positive change. In 2026, it will unfold through eight Regional Film Festivals across China, Indonesia, Mongolia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, and Hong Kong, creating a wider platform for local voices to be seen across Asia.
Inspiring Asia 2026 – Hong Kong is a regional initiative that empowers youth film creators and NGOs and Social Enterprises to share impactful community stories through microfilms and projects. This year, the programme focuses on community empowerment in Hong Kong, highlighting themes such as youth wellbeing, intergenerational care, social mobility, and inclusion. Selected works will be showcased at the Hong Kong Regional Film Festival, with opportunities to advance to the Asia-level platform under Inspiring Asia.
The festival follows a two-phase structure, beginning with the Regional Phase and culminating in the Main Phase.
最佳公益項目獎
表彰緊扣年度主題、具備積極社會影響力的公益項目。該項目須展現經過驗證的解決方案，並具備可持續發展及規模化推廣的潛力。獎項將頒發予相關公益機構或社會企業，以支持其持續發展。
最佳微電影獎
表彰在內容敘事、影像表達及主題詮釋方面表現突出的微電影作品。獎項將頒發予創作團隊，以支持其未來創作，並推動社會議題的傳播與講述。
最佳 AI 微電影獎
表彰優秀的 AI 生成或 AI 輔助創作微電影，肯定其在創意表達、敘事能力及社會關懷方面的卓越表現。獎項將頒發予創作團隊，以鼓勵其進一步探索 AI 賦能影像創作的更多可能。
The festival presents three main award categories:

Top entries from each region will advance to the Inspiring Asia Main Phase, where they will compete for the highest recognition and prizes.
總獎金為279,000 港元，由 Inspiring Asia Fund 提供和Lee Hysan Foundation追加贊助。

The Hong Kong region will feature three award categories, with shortlisted finalists

The total prize fund of HKD 279,000 is supported by the Inspiring Asia Fund and Incremental Sponsorship from Lee Hysan Foundation.

To apply for the Best Project Award, applicants must submit a micro film together with additional materials describing the project behind the film.

• 參賽者確認所提交的全部資料真實無誤，並確認本人有權代表製作團隊或相關機構提交該影片或項目。
• 參賽者知悉並理解，最終獎項將授予相應的製作團隊或機構，不一定授予實際提交報名材料的個人。

• 參賽者在提交影片時，須確認本人為該作品的版權持有人，或已獲版權持有人授權，代表其提交參賽作品。
• 主辦方將獲得該影片及相關材料的非專屬、免版稅、全球範圍內的非商業使用授權，用於與電影節相關的用途，包括但不限於作品評審、展映、宣傳推廣，以及於線上或線下媒介中的公開傳播與展示。
• 作品的著作權仍歸原版權持有人所有。
